What sizes do you have and what can they hold?

What are your access hours and your office hours?

OFFICE HOURS are 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and 10AM to 4PM on Sunday. ACCESS HOURS are 6AM - 10PM every day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, cash and money orders. You may mail your payment, drop it off (all properties have drop slots near the front door). We also accept payments online once you are a tenant. We do NOT accept credit card payments over the phone unless you have already submitted a signed authorization form. Automatic billing is available with a form on file as well (or you can set it up online - coming soon).

Can I rent a unit over the phone or online?

You may RESERVE a unit over the phone or online, but the only way to complete the rental agreement is in person at our office.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

You can stay for one day or one decade (or longer!) but we do CHARGE you a minimum of one month's rent. And from there we bill in one month increments. We do require a 10 day notice to vacate.

Do you offer vehicle storage?

Yes, if your car will fit into our storage units, you may store it with us. Most vehicles require a 10x20 unit, but some very small sports cars can fit into a 10x15. We ask that you take proper precautions to ensure there will be no leakage of fluids onto the cement floor

Are my belongings insured while being stored at your facility?

Renting a storage unit is similar to renting an apartments. Your landlord does not insure your personal belongings. We do offer low cost storage renter's insurance through the Bader Insurance Co.
